Ms. Lauren Dube is the Director of Children and Family Ministries at the First Church in West Hartford.

She studied Sociology and Religion at Central Connecticut State University. Here she formed an informal bible study for LGBT Christians to process and heal from strained relationships with religion. At her home church, the First Church in Windsor, Lauren taught Sunday school for 9 years, which shaped her commitment to Faith Formation. Lauren has volunteered at True Colors, and will be presenting at the 2020 True Colors Conference.
