The Rev. Herbert Olin Kelsey Jr. of Hartford, an ordained United Church of Christ pastor for 50 years, died on Dec. 10, 2017. He was 91.  The Rev. The Connecticut Conference has received word of the death of Clyde Work. Mr. Work and his wife, Betsy, have been active lay leaders in the Conference for many years.
