A team of chaperones led by Debby Kirk, CTUCC Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries, will lead the group. Transportation will be by air from Bradley International Airport and travel days will be June 21 and June 26. The group will stay at dormitories on the campus of Marquette University within walking distance of the Wisconsin Convention Center.
Cost is $800 but the CT Conference will be providing significant subsidies and scholarship support to make this trip affordable. Complete the online registration and submit a deposit to reserve your spot for the trip. Scholarships of up to $450 per person will be awarded on a rolling basis, so early application is recommended. The Youth @ Synod cost is $800 per person, however the CT Conference will offer substantial scholarships (up to $450 per person) through the "Uncle E" Fund in memory of Edward Turner, Jr. Participants must submit a non-refundable deposit of $150 by credit card or check to reserve a spot. Scholarship applications can be found online beginning in early January.
Balance will be due on April 10, 2019.
Youth seeking scholarship support should contact Debby Kirk for an application and submit that by March 15, 2019. If approved, the scholarship amount will be removed from the balance. Space is limited to 10 participants.
