Michael Ciba is Southwest Regional Minister of the Connecticut Conference. He works with churches in the Fairfield East, Fairfield West, and Litchfield South Associations to provide resources, interpret the work of the United Church of Christ, and assist churches with planning and search and call. He offers program leadership in the areas of Congregational Vitality, Church Marketing, and Discipleship. He serves as team leader for the Threshold Initiative and as Coordinator of the Regional Ministers. Michael grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and worked in business for ten years before attending seminary. He has pastored churches in Waterbury, Connecticut, and Gustavus, Ohio. He and his wife Diane live in Watertown. They have two adult children. | |
