The Pension Boards is pleased to announce that the UCC Medical Benefits Plan is further enhancing the wellness resources available to individuals enrolled in the UCC (Non-Medicare) Health Plan. MyhealthIQ is a voluntary program designed to give you the information and tools you need to make or sustain positive lifestyle choices. The Pension Boards will offer individual wellness screenings (blood test and body mass measurements and vital signs) at the Connecticut Conference Annual Meeting held at Central High School in Bridgeport on Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
