SHARON (04/12/2010) -- Silver Lake Conference Center Work Projects is a new Facebook Group you can be a part of to keep in touch with volunteer work projects at the Lake. If you want to help in the building and maintenance projects at Silver Lake this is the group for you!
Our first priority will be the building of the Circle Commons. This building will be the new meeting space and sleeping area for the Deans (program leaders) for the Circle Cabin Village, replacing the existing Pole Building. The commons will be sized to comfortably provide much needed meeting space for the village.
Search for, sign up, and keep informed about the volunteer opportunities for this much needed improvement and other chances to help out at Silver Lake, such as the Spring Action work weekend April 23-25. As always, call 860.364.5526 for more information.
