HARTFORD (05/16/2007) -- The Connecticut Conference is looking for two outgoing youth between the ages of 14 and 18 who are interested in acting as news anchors during a youth presentation at General Synod in Hartford, on Saturday, June 23, 2007. This mock news presentation is part of a skit to be performed by youth, giving their perspective on the last 50 years of the United Church of Christ.
The roles are open to males and females who are very comfortable in front of large crowds, have a sense of humor, and can be flexible. If you are interested in this public speaking opportunity, contact:
