HARTFORD (05/01/2007) -- The Connecticut Conference seeks 15 youth whom the Conference will sponsor so that they may attend General Synod 26 in Hartford June 21-25. This Conference organized trip is intended for youth that are not a part of a trip from their home church. There are 15 spots available to the first high school age youth that respond.
General Synod begins on Thursday evening, June 21, and ends Tuesday Evening June 25. Full Details about the General Synod youth program can be found at the UCC Youth at Synod web site.
The total cost of the trip, including housing at the University of Hartford and breakfast is $300.00 per person. Others meals are available at an additional charge. Chaperones will be provided. All places must be filled by Friday, May 4, 2007.
General Synod will be a multi-cultural, multi-generational, inspirational, and very fun experience. Please encourage any youth that may be interested, or have questions, to respond to:
